We have a 30 day return and refund policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a replacement or a credit. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUND OR RETURN IS AVAILABLE ON ANY DISCOUNTED SALE ITEM.

We do not offer a refund on any item that you have purchased, but if the item is returned to us in the same condition, we will credit your account and you can use the credit towards the purchase of another item. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also still be in its original packaging.

Zodra uw retour is ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, sturen we u een e-mail om u te laten weten dat we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen. We zullen u ook informeren over de goedkeuring of afwijzing van uw terugbetaling of vervanging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will immediately be applied to your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@dignity4you.nl and send your item to: Spinnerij 25, Ede, 6717XZ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
